Our items are shipped insured in Belgium with Bpost or Mikropakket.
- In Belgium, shipping is free from €75.
For orders between €25-€75 a shipping cost of €4.95 will be charged.
For orders under €25, a shipping cost of €6.95 will be charged.
- In the Netherlands and Luxembourg, shipping is free from €100.
For orders between €50-€99.99 a shipping fee of €6.95 will be charged.
For orders under €49.99, a shipping fee of €11.95 will be charged.
- In Germany and France, shipping is €4.95 for purchases over €100.
For orders between €50-€99.99 a shipping fee of €11.95 will be charged.
For orders under €49.99, a shipping fee of €19.95 will be charged.
Item in stock:
If the item is in stock, we have an average delivery time of 1 to 4 working days.
If your item is out of stock, we'll let you know as soon as possible.
Item out of stock:
If the item is not in stock, we will use the delivery time determined by the supplier.
This can vary between 7 and 30 days, depending on the item and the supplier. If the maximum delivery time of 30 days is exceeded, we will contact you personally. You will then have the option to agree to a longer delivery time or cancel the purchase, in which case we will refund the full amount.
