Because the old gold price fluctuates daily, hourly, and minute by minute, we always calculate the daily price based on the current gold price of 24-karat investment gold, which you can find online on various platforms. As a guideline, approximately 65% of this daily price is a realistic indication of the value of 18-karat old gold.

  • The seller explicitly declares that he or she is the rightful owner of the goods offered and is authorized to sell them.
  • The seller declares that the goods offered are not derived from theft, fencing, fraud, money laundering, criminal activities, deception, or any other offense.
  • The seller declares that all information provided is correct, complete, and truthful.
  • The seller presents a valid identification document. Juwelier Van de Heyning makes a copy or digital registration of this document in accordance with applicable law.
  • Juwelier Van de Heyning reserves the right to subject the goods offered to (additional) technical checks, analyses, and authenticity tests, both before and after purchase.
  • If after purchase it appears that the goods offered are wholly or partly fake, counterfeit, plated, non-conforming, or otherwise do not correspond to the seller's description, the seller remains fully liable for all damages suffered.
  • In case of proven falsification, fraud, or deception, the seller is obliged to immediately repay the full purchase amount, plus any investigation, expert, legal, and collection costs.
  • Juwelier Van de Heyning reserves the right, in case of suspicion of fraud or criminal offenses, to transfer all relevant information, documents, camera images, and identity data to the police, judicial authorities, and insurers.
  • By selling, the seller confirms having taken note of these house rules and accepting them without reservation.
  • Any dispute falls under Belgian law and falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Antwerp district, Turnhout division.
